SCOTTSCRAFT BERMUDA
A Message From The CEO Lawrence Scott

The history of aviation in Bermuda began with a small local sightseeing operation in 1919. Despite our importance as a "mid-ocean" base for the British and Allied forces. The creation of air bases for various United States armed services bases for defense through World War II and the Cold War. In 1995 this same platform has been transformed in the country's only "Gateway" to the world.
Unfortunately, over a century later, Bermudians still do not have any significant control over the destinations and/or air routes that service the island.
It is my belief that with the current transformational change in the commercial aviation industry globally that same level of change should take place locally and there is no one better suited to lead this renaissance than that of a Bermudian.
The vision of ScottsCraft is to weave aviation into the tapestry of Bermudian culture so that aviation can no longer be seen as just a "forgotten step" of our past, but necessary step towards a collective prosperous future.

ScottsCraft was founded in 1966 as a Public Relations and Marketing Consulting firm whose original executive team, comprised of various individuals including former Premier Alex Scott (which the company is named after). Alex Scott's vision for ScottsCraft was not soley limited to PR and Marketing. He designed the corporate structure of the company in such a manner that provided a solid foundation that could also be used to facilitate future generations of "Scotts" and their talents regardless of the industry they exceled in.
Alex Scott's son and former Minister of Transport for the Government of Bermuda, Lawrence Scott has picked up the proverbial "baton" from his father and is running with it. With nearly three decades of both local and international experience in the Aviation and Transport Industry. Lawrence is taking ScottsCraft in a bold new direction which falls squarely within his area of expertise.
